Does the Homer Babbidge Library have an ATM?  

There is no ATM in the Babbidge Library.

There are ATMs provided by Bank of America in Storrs Center, 9 Dog Lane; Chase Bank (8 Royce Circle) and M&T Bank (1244 Storrs Rd next to Starbucks and outside the Bookstore on the west side).
