Why do I get an “Access Blocked” message when I try to access Library resources?
Occasionally our e-resource vendors identify use of one of our resources that may be in violation of our license terms. This may temporarily affect access to all off-campus users until the issue is resolved, or may just block a specific, suspected computer.
You may also receive this message if you are not recognized as current UConn student, staff, or faculty.
If your access is blocked, please contact our Electronic Resources library staff at email@example.com to resolve the issue.
